Dedicated UHF Military Aviation Antenna for 225-400 MHz

The SSE-BASE-125SJ is a state of the art UHF aviation Base Antenna ‘optimised’ for the 225-400MHz military band. The 125SJ has a diameter of 40mm due to the very large band width of 175MHz. No ground planes are required! The 125SJ is DC grounded (DC short over the ‘N’ socket) for reduced noise caused by atmospheric discharge, etc. A very special broad band ½l design ensures a good match over the whole 175MHz band width! You may greatly improve the VHF and UHF reception of your pocket, mobile or base scanner receiver, etc., by using a SSE professional VHF/UHF diplexer to combine the signals from two separate dedicated aviation antennas.
